“First, my attraction started with knowing it’s a sunnah of our beloved Teacher and Prophet of Allah Muhammed PBUH as he doesn’t speak of himself rather knowledge bestowed from the heavens. It was insane and I grew so much muscle with the transformation and leaned out. I was 235lbs when I started but now I am a steady and consistent 198lbs!
