“We moved from Grapevine to California recently. We order the large truck with the car carrier. At the date of delivery, everything was ready there and no waiting time. The staff is good, she was very patiently told me how to hook up the carrier and shared the valuable information of long distance driving. After move the truck to my apartment, I found that I was total failure to handle the carrier when I back off. I got no choice but called the assistance from Penske. They were really helpful to send the roadside assistance within 30 minutes. Since I have no confidence anymore, I requested to return the carrier and they were willing accepted it without any additional charge. I moved from N. California to Phoenix then Dallas. Finally I back to California. All my relocation were using the Penske because I have unpleasant experience with the other truck company. I'm a Penske fans with great satisfaction to their staffs and service.”
