They provided references and helped us choose colors. I was amazed how fast they worked and how well they cleaned everything up. They left our yard and driveway spotless. “This place is terrifyingly huge so wear comfy shoes and browse your heart out! They have clothing, home decor, shoes, kids stuff, accessories and who knows what all because my feet gave out. Anyway, if you look around a bit, you'll probably find something nifty. Great for gift ideas since they have a little of everything, including menswear in big/tall sizes. The only downer is where the cash registers are located. They're on ONE wall only and you have to look over the endless sea of merchandise to find them. They are on the wall painted with sort of a deep pinkish burgundy and the store name/logo. Good luck finding anyone to ask as employees are few and far between besides at the registers, hence 4 stars. Note that this is a bargain bin sort of store and not fancy, so just enjoy the feeling of snapping up a good deal and don't be fussy about the basic and unglamorous atmosphere. It is still a good place to shop.”

“We moved from Grapevine to California recently. We order the large truck with the car carrier. At the date of delivery, everything was ready there and no waiting time. The staff is good, she was very patiently told me how to hook up the carrier and shared the valuable information of long distance driving. After move the truck to my apartment, I found that I was total failure to handle the carrier when I back off. I got no choice but called the assistance from Penske. They were really helpful to send the roadside assistance within 30 minutes. Since I have no confidence anymore, I requested to return the carrier and they were willing accepted it without any additional charge. I moved from N. California to Phoenix then Dallas. Finally I back to California. All my relocation were using the Penske because I have unpleasant experience with the other truck company. I'm a Penske fans with great satisfaction to their staffs and service.”
