I always tell people about MidCity because of how well my first experience was with them back in 2015. I’m still in the car I purchased from them back then. I recommended them to my husband and well let’s just say this place is ALWAYS great!! Jack helped us. They close early on Saturday’s so he didn’t want us waiting for the approval. He sent us home and to our surprise he called back about 30 minutes after we left to tell us we’re approved. Talking about superb customer service!!! That entire office gets the reward!!! Thanks MidCity for another great experience!!!

I had the absolute privilege of working with Frank and Mercedes. After dealing with many other companies who couldn’t get me a loan due to not having any previous credit history in the United States I decided to try Mid City. I was greeted immediately with a very welcoming and none judgement environment. They were adamant from the start about making sure I could get what I was looking for. They had made some recommendations based on my situation which might suite me but I was looking for something more. After hearing my request the two of them worked tirelessly to make it happen. Due to my working hours I had to come in late which forced them to work into the evening passed their closing hours multiple nights. They did this with a smile and insisted it was just a part of the job. They even managed to get me connected with a proper insurance broker lowering my current monthly rate.
