(July 28, 2015, 11:43 am)I stored my stuff in a 5x5 for about 5 months and never had any problems. Decent price and no leasing. They also have a badass chihuahua that definitely let's them know when you're there, so that's a plus.
However, I did have a small amount of rainwater come into my unit, but I expected that and it really wasn't much. Just a use a tarp and you'll be fine. A little water doesn't lose you a star.
