Location is right next to the airport which is very convenient. The room was spacious with a swivel tv that rotated for either the bedroom or the living room. Breakfast was lacking, due to understaffing for the holidays which is understandable. Crumbs and no coffee fueled me this morning as no one knew how to restock the coffee. The hotel has a pool, fitness area, and bar which is nice. I truly don’t have complaints. I have some pictures of the room but be gracious, our flight is tomorrow and we spent Christmas wallowing in self pity as our flight got cancelled.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the restaurant that was advertised was no longer available even though on the website it is and I didn't plan on going out so much to eat. Overall the staff, service and location was spot on. The shuttle service took us to almost every place we needed to go and every driver was knowledgeable and courteous. I will gladly come back to this place, restaurant or no restaurant.

I had booked this hotel a week before arrival. The hotel management was proactive in sending an email a couple of days before my stay warning me about the construction going on and what alternate route I had to take to get to the hotel. When I got to the hotel the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. He even offered to switch my room since I got put in a room right next to the expressway. I was fine with the room I got, so I told him not to worry about it. The room I got was very clean and organized! This is the first Hyatt I have stayed in and I was impressed at the size of the room! If I come back to Minnesota I will definitely come back to this hotel!

Very nice hotel and extremely friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean and in good shape with comfortable beds. The included continental breakfast was delicious and consistently great day after day.
The pool house is a bit out dated and could use some love but is safe and perfectly usable.
As of our visit (Oct 2022) there was some nearby road construction that made getting in and out of a bit of a hassle. The hotel was proactive and let us know about it in advance. This should be finished up in a few months.
I would absolutely stay there again.

The big advantage of this hotel is they do have a shuttle for the airport but they will also take you to nearby restaurants which is important since there are none within walking distance. Also, while there is a light rail station nearby it is quite a walk to get there.

The food selection that can be bought in the hotel is the usual but the cooler was out during my stay so it was pretty sparse for me.
