Had my civic damaged while in Texas. Since spending most of my life in Germany, I'm never been in a hail storm so I didn't know what to do. Joseph helped guide me through the process by answering all my questions and took care of the entire repair process for me. He also polished out some scratches on the car without me even having to ask.
Another PLUS was, that they offered me uncomplicated a rental car. German accuracy and efficiency mixed with excellent customer service from the US is what I experienced with Joseph's company. Absolute Empfehlung !

Working with Joseph and Auto Hail Solutions was a great experience! They kept in contact with us throughout the process and were very efficient in getting the work done. They worked with our insurance and made the whole process super simple for us. We got hit with the bad hail storm in June and had been hesitant to find a good place to get our car fixed and Joseph and his brother were able to get it taken care of very quickly. When they returned our vehicle it was so beautiful! they detailed it inside and out and it looked like a brand new car! As you can see in the photos they did an awesome job getting all the dents out and getting my car looking better than ever. I would definitely recommend their services to any friends or family. Joseph showed up at my house to ask about repairing my 2021 F-150. When you can see the hail damage from the street, it needed some help. Joseph continued to follow up with me while I contacted my insurance. The whole experience was hassle free and my truck looks phenomenal! I took my Malibu to get hail damaged repaired at Auto Hail Solutions after not even looking into any reviews of their work on previous cars. Turns out I didn’t have to! They did an awesome job repairing the hundreds of dings on my car and now it looks better than when I originally bought the car. They even detailed the inside for me as well! The company was super easy to work with and had rentals available for me to use while the car was in the shop. They made all of the paperwork and dealing with the insurance company a breeze! I would definitely recommend giving Joseph a call if you need any work done!
