“Honorable, knowledgeable, thorough, conscientious; what more could you ask for at such a fair price! Helped me find a simple cost-effective solution to getting rid of the block in the rear for the 6" BDS Coilover lift kit. The truck rides like a dream, eliminated axle wrap, and as you can see in the photos has 24" of flex with a sway bar on! The best place to get an alignment too for heavily modified vehicles. Took only two attempts to get mine dialed in perfect on 35" tires with a 6" lift! Best of all they love Toyotas and specialize in those! Nuff said!”

“I had a part from an independent store in Los Angeles California to return for a core. The clerk there said I could return it at any store and get my money back. He was wrong. When I needed a part again I came to this store and was waited on by the store manager, David, who informed me that the part must be from a supplier he can't use because his corporate store log in couldn't find the part number and because of that he couldn't take it and give me my core fee back at first, but after a little effort on his part to manuever through their system somehow found a way to help me here instead of turning me away and sending me back to the west coast for my money because the computer said to. Awesome customer service!! Will definitely be doing more business with napa now than I did before.”
