The stuff my car came in to be repaired was repaired. The service was great. I was told exactly in details what was needed,saw the repair and will refer others to this locations for repair.

They were absolutely wonderful! I came in kind of last minute needing an oil change. I drive a bmw so several shops had turned me down because they didn’t work in euro cars.. all for good reason! This meineke location was super helpful & efficient; they even ordered me a new filter same day despite how late I had come in. BUT WAIT THERES MORE! They were super affordable and respectful in communicating with me! Not a courtesy I receive often at the car shop being a younger female. Needless to say, I will definitely be going back to them for service in the future and I would highly advise anyone else to do the same.

The location in North Richland Hills booked me a slot for service. They had a truck that needed more help than me which meant I would have to wait another day but instead the manager called the location in Hurst to see if they had a open truck bay? They did and took me right away.. they also found more wrong and explained everything that was needed!! Perfect day in the waiting area 😇
