(June 29, 2020, 8:31 am)I applied for a position as a pet trainer here. After a walk thru of the facility and interaction with the staff as well as viewing staff in action I'd give the place a 5 star rating.
My wife made it clear I had been interviewing yet she was treated with the same respect customers were shown.
Compared to other facilities I've worked at or volunteered at or used this is a very nice facility and well kept. Honestly I'd board my dog there. The place I currently work, I would not trust boarding any of my animals. Many other places I've worked for or I've used I'd either never use again or never use period. -

(May 23, 2020, 11:26 am)I took one of my dogs in to get groomed. Before they started he threw up and was having diarrhea. They called me right away to tell me. I called the vet next door (my wonderful Dr. Chang) and they went over to get him. They examined him, gave him meds and were allowed to take him back over to get groomed. They did a great job with his Schnauzer cut and took good care of him. He was very happy when I picked him up. I will definitely be taking my dogs back for grooming. The staff is friendly but professional at the same time.

(October 14, 2019, 9:15 am)Animal American Pet Resort we’re great with my girls! We have two German Shepard’s which can be intimidating and shed A LOT! The girls had a great time and came out looking great!
