A few weeks ago, we arrived home late from a long trip and we had a one day turnaround prior to leaving again. Michelle personally picked up our laundry at 10:00 in the evening and returned it the next day. They have never disappointed us.
At first we were concerned about switching to The Laundry Butler because they did not not have a bricks and mortar store front, but the service they offer has far exceeded anything we have ever experienced with a dry cleaner that has a store front and just happens to do home delivery. We used Duncan for several years and then we used Segal's Fine Cleaning for many years, but this company and service runs rings around them all.
We switched to The Laundry Butler about a year ago and we could not be happier.
