  What a great customer service.
  We submitted an order to be shipped to us in VA, in less than 5min we got a phone call from the manager to let us know that one of the products that we ordered is not available and he suggested an equivalent that worked for us.
  We received the package well rapped and everything was in good shape no damages, but missing Bay Leaves pack. A week after they surprised us, they sent the Bay Leaves, a pack that they sell for $0.99 but they paid $4.00 to ship it it to us!!! Wow just Wow.
  Great service and reasonable prices.

  Very good service and great place to shop international items. Will definitely be back to try out other cuisines and to replenish my stock of digestive biscuits.

  So far, always had a pleasant experience. Very clean and organized. The owners are professional and friendly. Prices are fair as well.
  
  I saw a comment about the quality of the store being poor. I feel compelled to correct the negative review bc it really is far from the truthZ I’ve surveyed every Middle Eastern store in the area and this is by far the cleanest and most organized. It is refreshing to see a local Arab take so much pride in delivering great customer service and quality ingredients. Keep up the good work !
