  Wow - I could not be MORE IMPRESSED with this company!! Amy & Amy were so amazing scheduling and truly caring about what the issue was. Within 24 hours, Keith and Sergey came out, were on time, and actually explained what the issue was so we understood. Then, quickly fixed the issue, wrote us up, and were on their way. 10000% would recommend to all of my family, friends, and clients.

  I could not be happier with the service they provided. They walked me through the issue, helped me understand what was done to fix it and explained what might happen in the future. I used a different plumber a few weeks earlier that only wasted my time. I should of called them first and will in the future.

  Jeremy & Jacob came out and repaired a leak for me. I was interested in seeing how it was done and they were ok with me watching them, even explaining what and how the parts can fail. This is the 2nd time Strain plumbing has come out for 2 different issues and both times were able to repair the issue while be professional and honest in what needed to be done. Hopefully I dont need them anymore will continue to use them in the future when needed.

  Our crew gave us a courtesy call about 10 minutes out, came in, did the job and were on their way to next job in no time (we had a garbage disposal changed out). We've used Strain on a number of occasions and have always received prompt professional service, and they do good work. Strain is (and has for years) been our "go to" plumbing company.

  Unfortunately I needed help today and Strain wasn't able to come out. However they were able to refer me to Big Blade and I had such a good experience with them! I really appreciate the referral and honesty within Strain! What a good way to do business!!
