“I decided to try Freeman after not so great experience at another dealership closer to my house. I was impressed at the ease of scheduling, how I was greeted, and the wait was not bad at all. I had an oil change, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection check. It took a little less than an hour. My porter and advisor were very courteous and easy to work with throughout the experience.
