(September 19, 2019, 1:21 pm)Alamo Counter service was just Amazing! Segi was so charming and for just "a song", she upgraded me to a mid'size! Then Hart upgraded me to full-size saying, "I do good songs!" They were so delightful and I will definitely use Alamo again. (I used to use B, but their service SUCKS!)

(July 2, 2019, 12:14 pm)Super easy here. Use the kiosk to check in, its faster. Then go out and pick your own car. Write down any damage and drive away. This is how car rental should be. Returns are just as easy.
