Twisted Root Burger Co.

In a place with an abundance of typical airport food, Twisted Root Burger Co. was a welcome change. The Big Texas burger was so moist and juicy; cooked a perfect medium as I requested. The "Treat yo self" fries were definitely a treat. Highly recommend.

A very good burger... At airport prices. They were able to deliver on a request for rare which, if you travel and like red meat, is an unusual find. Decent quality meat, nice and juicy (they provide rolls of paper towels, and they're not kidding!), and it cooked up just right, which doesn't happen if the meat's not fresh/freshly thawed.

They advertise 1/2 pound; honestly, this may have even been a bit bigger. Very filling, so I'm glad I didn't get extras, but the onion rings and loaded fries did look good.

A solid sit down option, that's fast enough to compete with fast food, but so much more value for the price. Definitely recommend.

Very good burger, service was also pretty fast. I was not expecting an airport hamburger to be this good, I was very pleasantly surprised. The flavor of the meat was good and the size was large, so I felt I got my money's worth. They also have a spicy pickle bar and some unique condiments on the tables. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good hamburger.

Autumn is the best, she made a rough travel day worth while. Great company, good food, and great friends. What more do you want?
