Tom Thumb Pharmacy

Shout out to Tom Thumb Pharmacy Manager, Charles Haynes. I tried to run a prescription through insurance on 12/31/21 and it would not go through Tom Thumb's processing system. This caused the prescription price to go up quite a bit. When I picked it up today, I explained the problem to Charles. He got on their system and was unable to fix it. So he asked how I wanted to handle it and instantly made it right for me. I thought I might have to hassle with them. Nope. Excellent customer service that goes a long way for customer loyalty. Thank you, Charles.

The Tom Thumb Pharmacy here is well organized; they immediately found my records from another Tom Thumb Pharmacy and applied the payment method used at that other Pharmacy without me having to remind them.

Once, they didn't have enough medicine to fill my prescription and they immediately called to other nearby Tom Thumb Pharmacies and had a recommendation for another location which could fill my prescription in minutes.

The staff is friendly, helpful, professional, and the cost of medications is reasonable.

Highly recommended to anyone who needs a basic pharmacy!

A clean store everything stocked and organized properly. The store is bright and welcoming. The Keurig cups are cheap compared to other stores.
