So impressed I had to leave a review. The young man who helped me was a complete professional. Brought me 3 pairs of shoes to try, explained the benefits of each, and I bought the one he suggested. He even suggested different socks and lace-up techniques to change the fit. It took a total of 15 minutes to feel certain I had the perfect shoe. You can tell this is a family business. It was like being waited on at a fine restaurant; I didn't realize there were places that measured your feet and physically put the shoe on your foot. I didn't bother comparing prices online because I would want to support this business regardless. Great job.

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable! Everyone is super kind and patient with my little kids that I tote around with me. I bought a pair of shoes over a month ago and was having some issues so my podiatrist recommended a different brand of shoe. They were so kind to let me return and just pay the difference for the new shoe even though I was past the 30 day mark. This ensured that I will definitely be back for all of my running needs! Thank you!

Derek and staff are amazing. I moved into town a few months back and found myself in a sea of concrete running. I have found a few trails but still figuring out the area. Then I take a trip to Tom Thumb and see Bear Creek Running Co. I walk in and was able to replace my road shoes that were stolen along with my luggage a month ago (long story), and was introduced to the running club. I am super excited to try out my new Topo Cyclones on tomorrow morning run.

Amazing store and staff! Very helpful and knowledgeable! They asked so many questions and watched my son walk and run before even offering any suggestions. Will definitely be coming back! Thanks for the shoes but more importantly, the great customer service!
