  Serve pro was always on time, quick to solve our water damage problem and walked us through every step. Sam the owner felt with the insurance to get the repairs done quick and was on site most days to check on progress. the whole team was a friendly experience. will use them again when in need. HIGHLY RECOMEND THEM

  I would highly recommend Parkside Animal Hospital! From the first time we brought in our 12 week old puppy, to the last time at 15 years old, they always took such good care of our dog, Buddy. The entire staff is compassionate, caring, and always gave Buddy so much love! From annual visits, to surgical procedures, to monthly grooming, they always took the time to explain everything and answer all of our questions. If you are looking for a vet for your pet, I would highly recommend Parkside Animal Hospital!

  The veterinarians and staff of Parkside Animal Hospital do an outstanding job of providing the BEST of care and sharing of information at this trying time. I sincerely appreciate all staff from the Customer Care personnel manning the phones, the technicians, the veterinarians, and the administration. You simply cannot have better care for your beloved pets. Have been blessed to experience their competence and care for near 15 years; I recommend all at Parkside Animal Hospital without reservation!

  Great service and knowledgeable staff. I use to go to another vet who could not help my cats eat infections. I am happy to say that both my cats are now doing wonderfully and back to normal. Thank you Dr. Prill. I then took my dog who is very old and has problems walking, this time Dr. Ruple was our vet, another thanks to her!!!! A change of diet, supplement and pain management made my 16 year old happy and much more mobile. Thank you to the wonderful staff and the smiles !!!!

  I called on Monday to get my 15 year old Husky mix an appointment because she had a hot spot. I work in Dallas so they were able to accommodate getting her seen the very next day with a drop off appointment. I took her in at 7:30am. They came out to get her from the car and she went with them easily. They got her checked out, treated the hot spot, and updated the vaccines she needed. Dr. Ruple called me with her exam findings and let me know she did very well for everything. Everyone was so kind and they answered all of my questions. I did not feel pressured to have anything done but they made sure I knew all of my options and what they recommended. I will definitely be making appointments for my other 2 pups for their check ups. I have found a place I would highly recommend to anyone! Thanks for taking great care of my girl!

  We had a flood in our Master bathroom and Bedroom. They did a great job and made it so easy to deal with our insurance company. They are very nice and professional. Casa Grande needs more businesses like them.

  Great company! Had a major flood in my new home and called them. They were out in no time to help me with everything I needed including talking to the insurance adjuster as I was very upset. They really go the extra mile for their customers to make sure you're taken care of! Everything was put back together like it never even happened in a short period of time. My disastrous day was turned around by the professional staff of Sam, Peter, Austin and Anthony!! Thank you guys!! Couldn't be more appreciative.

  You couldn’t have made it any better! I had two sick 4 week old kittens and out of SEVEN offices I called, y’all were the only office who cared enough to squeeze them in. Even though they all said they needed to be seen that day. Y’all were all so friendly, affordable and won yourselves new patients. I’ve told everyone about y’all! Thank you SO much!

  Amazing work. The team quickly arrived, cleaned up the water damage mess, and answered questions about the restoration process in an honest and courteous manner. Bonus points for helping to line up restoration contractors when the "Preferred Vendor" from my insurance company turned out to be worthless.

  I recently had a water leak in my bathroom and called SERVPRO. They were quick to respond and in no time had the situation assessed so that damage was minimized. They were courteous, professional and helpful
  in explaining the process. They worked quickly and efficiently. My insurance company even praised their work, their professionalism and that they hadn't overdone the job. They commented that they were very easy to work with.
  They left the site clean after removing debris.
