I highly recommend Christian and Advocate Wellness! I met Christian at the gym and he spent about 20 minutes just getting to know me and never pressured me into coming to see him. I made the decision and what a great decision it was. Different from a typical chiropractor who adjusts you and kicks you out the door, Christian treats your bodies physical ailments to ultimately improve your mental and emotional responses, which makes you a happier healthier person. His methods are great and he explains why he’s doing them and what is actually happening to your body through the process. He also shows things you can do at home.
