“Tried out this gym for the first time bout 1 month ago and I highly recommend it!! If you're looking to get a quick work out in from HIIT type of workout to Yoga and burn lots of calories in a short time, give this place a shot. I was hooked after the first class. The benefits of working out here is: convenience (24hrs), clean, friendly, you can book your class on the app, they have a free weights section in addition to the hot saunas. Don't let the word sauna mislead you, there is a difference here due to the infrared benefit. Regular saunas heats up the air whereas this type of sauna uses infrared heat to penetrate your muscles. My experience is less soreness afterwards, skin improvement, and you feel amazing after you’ve worked out. The one thing I do love is the staff, friendly welcoming and knowledgeable about the whole program. Angie is wonderful so kind hearted and helpful. Make sure to bring your water bottle!!”

She's one of the only providers in Texas doing this holistic approach to orthodontics but more than that she's just amazing, as is all of her staff, they're beyond professional, very caring, they know us the moment we walk in, which really touches my 9 year old. Our objectives for treatment are aligned, not just creating space for overcrowding but more importantly improving breathing and overall quality of life. I decided to try it out, my first appointment with this office was in April of this year and I am glad I did. The office is nice and clean. Angela, the hygienist did a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Paxton took time to exam my teeth and recommended a new treatment. He answered all of my questions thoroughly about his recommendation. Cheyenne was kind enough to switch my son to an early appointment and he was happy with that office visit as well. I believe my family has finally found a new dentist.”

“I visited this ER in severe pain. There was no wait time. Everyone was so helpful. Every nurse, aid and Dr I saw, made certain ensure my visit was as pleasant as possible. This is a stand alone ER. I did have to be transported to another facility for further treatment. But this also moved quickly. All results and images were sent with me. Even as I left, everyone who we passed wished me well. This is an excellent stand alone facility. The doctors are thorough, the nurses were knowledgeable and all tests were done efficiently. I would highly recommend”

“I have always wanted to try a foot reflexology massage, so I stopped in to this place on a whim. I was blown away by how relaxing, clean and calming the environment was. I requested the $30/30 min option since it was my first time. I knew as soon has he got started I would be coming back. He placed my feet in a warm bath while he massaged my temples, sinuses and scalp. Then he did my neck and shoulders before moving down to my feet. I don’t know if it was more than 30 min, but I was in Heaven and it felt like forever. I have already booked a return visit for a full body massage with the same therapist.”

“Went for my comprehension exam and from the front desk to the hygienists assistants and dentists, they were so kind and thorough! Found out I needed 3 fillings, but they got me in quickly. I have severe anxiety with fillings, but the staff really listened and calmed by nerves. Dr. O constantly checked on me to make sure I was comfortable and wasn’t in pain. They even called my insurance for me to make sure I was covered. It was the best experience!”
