Starting with scheduling...Wally worked with me and got an appointment for me on the same day and the next two days for my several procedures. I was amazed at how concerned she was for me and to make sure I got immediate attention. Maya was my very efficient technician and she was so kind to make sure that I was comfortable and talked me through the exam. All the other ladies that I dealt with, although I don't remember their names, we're also extremely care and service oriented. “This doctor is highly professional, respectful, a good listener, personable, caring. This is my personal experience based on my personal medical issue. I got the best care he could offer. I am pleased... if I have further problems I trust him with my medical condition. That doesn't mean that he is the right doctor for everyone but he was the right doctor for me at the time that I had my issues. He did not push any medications or treatments on me he only investigated my medical issues... once we found out what they were... I wanted to handle them a particular way he was supportive unless I had worse problems he was supportive ....which I did not 🙏thank God. So while he may not be the right doctor for everyone's problems he was the right doctor for me I was blessed to be referred to him by my personal physician whom I trust as well. So I'm only speaking from my medical issues and I am in recovery mode doing well. I should say he has been my doctor almost 2 years now. We all have to do what is right for us and I'm glad everyone takes responsibility for their own care and looks out for themselves we have to be our own advocate these days 🙏🤗😇 God bless everyone.”

“Quads is a legitimate hard work gym. If you are looking for a place for bodybuilding, power lifting or any type of resistance training, this is your gym. Quads is full of dedicated and goal orientated individuals with an environment that fosters success. This place would be a great fit for any serious gym goer but also has the right environment for someone just getting started. Mike, the owner knows his business and is appreciative of his members. All of the staff have treated myself and the other members with dignity and respect. While I cannot attest directly for the personal training programs available, I can say that I have seen many people there who have been using the programing obtain amazing results. After relocating to TX, I checked out the local gyms and decided to join Quads and have been a member for almost one year. After this time, I know I picked the right gym. Membership rates are competitive, chalk allowed, all the right equipment and the place has the right environment. Quads is by far the best gym in the North Fort Worth and Keller area.”
