“Pelvic floor awareness and therapy is very essential for a first time mother. I was lucky to get the help of Khyati Merchant to help me learn how to take control of my muscles. She taught me relaxation techniques that came in handy during child birth. My Ob-Gyne commented that in 2 weeks, I had made tremendous progress with therapy. I would recommend Lotus physical therapy to mothers-to-be to prepare for child birth and for postpartum recovery. Khyati was extremely knowledgeable and took time to educate me. She genuinely cares about her patients and is very easy to communicate with.”

“I stopped in to see what Spring to Health shop is like. It’s a large and peaceful space with a beautiful array of herbs as well as organic and natural products for the body and home. There’s a tea bar where Sophia, one of the owners, offered me a complimentary cup of tea. It was marvelous! I went home with some. 🙂 Sophia has plans for more herbal and other products, she has a good knowledge of all things herbal and how they benefit your health. This shop is a lovely addition to the community as it’s a source for good quality organic herbs and other things for health and wellness. It would be a great venue for seasonal wellness events - I hope they host them! Oh and they carry local Lieber Honey as well.”
