(June 15, 2020, 1:43 am)The BEST full body of workout you can get. The workouts are different every time and in my opinion they are the perfect workout ! Cardio & strength equally in every class! The trainers here are so awesome! They motivate you and teach you how to do things the right way.

Grant has built an amazing team of coaches who will teach, coach and motivate you to perform at your best. I've never done CrossFit until stepping into Grant's box and within a month I've noticed results. I was also quick to make friends with all the other athletes who are all welcoming to newcomers. So if you are on the fence about CrossFit like I was, stop by CrossFit Boom and check it out!!
