Our experience with Fort Wayne's office of LL Flooring was positive. They helped out a lot, especially when our contractor decided he couldn't handle the job and we had to find someone else to do the work. They were always professional and offered sound advice, and when the lumber finally made it they had it delivered for a reasonable fee. And most importantly, the product was really good. Like any wood flooring, especially wider planks like we ordered, you have to be okay with slight imperfections here and there. The brand/style we chose was only about $5/foot, however, and it looks absolutely gorgeous. Very happy.

HIGHLY recommend LL Flooring. Although we were looking for a specific brand/type, the staff at LL Flooring were so helpful that we ended up buying product on site. We needed a few extra nose pieces, and it was shipped and delivered to our home in record time. No high-pressure sales, and just good honest support in a project I've never done before. The selection is fabulous as well.

We had 1 box left after flooring our house. They bought it back without any problems. They have been amazing from start to finish and their product is great quality.
