Dr.Nguyen is great! She has really good bedside manners and explains everything to you throughout your visit.
The staff(receptionist & nurse) on the other hand here at this location are very RUDE. The receptionist NEVER GREETED US WHEN WALKING IN THE DOOR! “What’s your name?” Was the response after being screened to come in. You are the face of the building! Then the nurse came out the door, never called a name, talking to receptionist then walked up and took temp. Never greeted or stated who she was or what she was doing NEVER confirmed the patient she was seeing!
Just took temp and said “ follow me!”
When working in an environment as such, communication is NUMBER ONE KEY! Greet people with a smile even if you are wearing a mask, you can still see the smile through people’s eyes & always confirm who the PATIENT IS regardless of how many people are in the waiting room!
