(January 17, 2021, 12:55 pm)It may not be perfect, but from what I witnessed the yards and property were kept up and free of junk or excessive trash in yards. I spoke to a gentleman who is remodeling a home he had purchased and will rent to buy eventually. I would consider living here.

(August 26, 2020, 10:28 pm)My daughter and her husband and their 2 small children live in this community. It is absolutely wonderful and it is quiet and peaceful and has a beautiful swimming pool! Also a nice playground for the children. The manager Daisy, is awesome as well. She is there to meet the needs of the community members. She has helped my daughter and her husband get their first home. They are so happy. I would recommend this community to everyone!

(August 26, 2020, 10:19 pm)My family and I recently moved into Breezy Oaks. We love our beautiful home. It is a peaceful, clean, quiet neighborhood. Daisy, the manager, has been very honest ,nice, and extremely helpful to us while we have been here. I would highly recommend this neighborhood.
