Dr. Sengupta has been amazing. He has performed two neck surgeries on me. One of them in 2018 and another in 2020. I have known people that have had the same surgery with other doctors and their recovery time was two to three times what mine was both times. He is amazing and if you ask him questions he will answer them truthfully. I have used him for years and always take his advice. He has never steered me wrong. He also has an amazing office staff. They are very professional and care about their patients.
I can’t give Dr. Sengupta enough PRAISE. Dr. Sengupta is an outstanding Dr. His bedside manner is so very good. He is concerned about his patients and not MONEY!!!! And his wife is his Anesthesiologist. She is so kind. She also does acupuncture and acupressure.
If he said I needed surgery again, I WOULD NOT HESITATE.
I had neck surgery in July 2019 and lower back surgery in November 2019.

Dr. Sangupta did a great job with my neck surgery. He is willing to take time with you and explain the procedures with you from beginning to end. He will take as much time with you as you need and is very understanding and kind with you. Great Surgeon.
This Dr is the greatest Spinal Surgeon You could ever hope to have, when you are forced to seek medical help for a spinal problem. I had a car accident and ended up in the hospital with 2 Compression Fractured Vertebrates....It was so painful. He repaired my spine, to the point I didn't even stay conscious of the fact that I had been through Spinal Surgery. Not many people, patients, come back from any Back Surgery, and can say what I just said. would never recommend a Surgeon to anyone, but I went thru surgery with this Genius. I was just Blessed, that totally by accident, I had him as my Surgeon. It had to be divine intervention
After having two spinal surgeries, I still had severe low back pain that greatly limited my ability to work, go out with friends, etc. Also, six weeks after my second back surgery, osteoporosis caused a continued “falling off” of vertebra from T6 upward. In February 2015 I was blessed to learn about Dr. Sengupta from a long-time friend and physician. On May 18, 2015, Dr. Sengupta performed what my husband and I now refer to as “the miracle in Mansfield on May 18.”
Dr. Sengupta had done extensive research into my situation and was able to correct my low back pain and stop the “falling off” by inserting two titanium rods connected with screws to secure my back from L3 to T4. From the time I woke up in the ICU, I knew that my low back pain was gone. After one week at Mansfield Methodist Hospital, where I received excellent care, I returned home. Following my six-month checkup on November 17, 2015, I am now released to do whatever I feel like doing. I have even begun working again, something I thought I would never be able to do. Thank God for you, Dr. Sengupta. My hope is that any patient needing neck or back surgery would be as blessed as I am to be your patient.
