I brought my 2010 Cadillac SRX in to A+ Auto today for the first time. This was such a great experience. Assad was the first to ever take time out to open my hood and show me in detail what was going on with my car. He was more interested in making sure I understand the problem I was having unlike most places. He shows such great customer service and knowledge. I feel I’ve finally found a place that I can trust and have quality work done at a reasonable cost. Thanks Assad for a great experience.

My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle at this establishment for our daughter to return to college on in fall. We had the pleasure of working with Assad, He operated with professionalism, and Integrity in our opinion. He was willing to accommodate us with any concerns we had with vehicle. The owner was very friendly and informative when he changed my brakes. My husband and I have had good experiences and will go back…hopefully not anytime soon.

Went in for an alignment after I hit a curb. They were honest and up front. Told me if there was any damage, I would have to pay a fee for diagnostic if I wanted to get the work done elsewhere. Which I was perfectly fine with.

Thankfully all was good structurally and the alignment took less time than I thought. Took me out to see the computer readings once the alignment was complete. I will definitely go back for service when needed.
