(March 5, 2021, 11:08 am)I came to Knapp Sisters because Reynolds Trust on Smith Street had dropped the ball and not included my dollies or furniture pads and were closed when I was scheduled to pick up my truck. The people at Knapp Sisters were kind and were able to rectify the situation and send me on my way with what I needed. I would never recommend a different Uhaul location in Mansfield.
