  This practice and all of the amazing humans that work here have made all of the difference in my life! No matter what struggles I have brought to them, they have all met me with non-judgement. They have always strive to work with my schedule. These are some of the most experienced and educated therapists. Special shout out to Dr. Allen for showing me ways to work through my struggles that are realistic and attainable. Keep doing such amazing work and reaching people in this special place!

  My family and I have been going to Regal Oak for over 5 years. Carrie and her staff have been extremely helpful and committed. Carrie goes above and beyond for her clients. My family has a plethora of issues and Carrie has been able to inspire confidence and hope. Giving us the tools we need to help and advocate for ourselves while making sure we work own our part. The office atmosphere is comforting and inviting which really does make a difference. I have recommended Carrie and Regal Oak to friends who might need some help navigating any difficulties they may be having. I am confident in making this positive decision and continuing my choices for myself and my family.

  I can’t even say enough good things about Regal Oak Counseling and Dr. Carrie Allen. My life has been forever changed from the help I have received there. Not just mine, but many other members of my family. I’ve been to other counselors before, but they have never helped in the way that Carrie has. She also has a great group of staff and therapists that are just as helpful.

  Dr. Carrie Allen has 100% changed my life. Severe anxiety all but gone. Her caring, gentle, professional approach teaches you life altering techniques to find your inner Peace. My husband & I both see her, separately & together. My heart is happier and my marriage stronger thanks to Dr Carrie. She makes the world a better place.

  I completed my internship for my MA in counseling at Regal Oak Counseling. The environment there was highly professional, kind, and welcoming. I was able to see first hand how much the counselors cared for their individual clients needs and worked very hard to meet them. You will only receive top tier services here.
