Texas Best Used Motorcycles

Let me preface my review by saying this is the first time that I have ever purchased a vehicle online. I typically visit the dealership, test drive and look over the vehicle before moving forward. Pretty much the normal process. After all, this is a pretty big “investment”. Ultimately, I do not want to get screwed over. Who does, right?

That being said, I have been in the market for a newer model Jeep for some time. I was casually online looking for a Jeep, when I came across Texas Best Used Motorcycles. The Jeep I spotted was very clean looking from the pictures. Texas Best had a loaded a 4.5 min. video on their site. This video made me feel very comfortable. Texas Best did a fantastic job of going thru the Jeep while it was running, showing every nook and cranny. I was able to hear the engine, and see that everything was in PERFECT working condition. Because of that sort of detail, I decided to inquire on the Jeep. I shot an email to the dealership, and received a call from their Sales Manager – Paul Ryan. Paul was excellent to work with. Right off the bat, he was up front with me. He said, he had numerous people reach out to him regarding this particular Jeep, but I was first in line, therefore, he wanted to give me the first crack at it. Now, I know what your thinking, “all dealers tell you that”, and you would be correct. However, this Jeep was spectacular, I know he wasn’t full of BS. I have inquired on many Jeeps over the past 6 months, and they are gone within minutes of being posted. He could have very easily made several calls and gone with the highest offer, but he didn’t. He went in order of inquiry. He wasn’t like most dealers that you come across – he was honest. After he answered my questions, I felt comfortable enough to move forward. I made an offer that was very fair, and Paul had made a sale. It was such an easy process and the price was great!

Being from out of state, I was worried about transport of my new Jeep. Paul said he had the best broker in TX, and got me squared away. The price thru his broker was much cheaper than other quotes I had requested on my own accord. His company, was fast, reliable, and very communicative regarding where and when my Jeep will arrive. The Jeep arrived in perfect condition. Just as Paul had stated over the phone, Texas Best only sells the best, and won’t screw their customer over. He was right! The Jeep was immaculate, just turned 4k miles and the prices was incredible. I had been looking a long time for a Jeep like this, and I finally found the unicorn. Fast forward a couple months, I text Paul asking him if he could extend my temp tags, because Covid had delayed all DMV processing in my state by 4–6 weeks. Paul could have ignored me. He sold the Jeep 2 months ago. Why should he care? But he responded within minutes and I had my new temp tags within 30 min of texting him. That is just the guy he is, and the exact type of salesman that I wanted to buy from.
