  Went to send for my wife's passport, the lady at the front counter very proffecional and kindly asked us to wait at the table to far right for Roy . We were there about 45 minutes to early in case of we needed any more paperwork.
  Roy was extremely helpful, proffecional and very respectful, this government employees need to be acknowledge and respected for their hard work just like we like to be respected. They need to be respected like our Military, Law enforcement, firefighters and medical first responders.
  In case people don't know in Mexico as far back as I remember they do celebrate
  Mailman day on November 12

  Every time that I go to this post office I have always had a positive experience. If an item will not fit in my mailbox, the mail carrier will leave a notice that it will be available for pick up. Whenever I go to the post office they quickly retrieve my item and I am on my way. As for the customer service at the location, I would definitely say that the folks who work at this Mansfield office know how to get the job done in a quick, efficient, and professional manner. They move the line along and get people in and out.

  I have gone here the last two years to mail out Christmas gifts for family. I have to say, the gentleman who helped me last time was kind and patient, especially considering I had about 16 packages to mail out - and had to tote them in with a wagon. He was also efficient. I was probably out of there in 15-20 minutes with the best rates they could find. The employees here are great and provide excellent customer service. Thanks for providing a valuable public service!
