Great yoga place and love the main teacher.
Wonderful studio located in the country. When weather is nice you can listen to the chimes and birds while practicing and getting in tune with yourself. Debi truly cares about the students and does not charge for every little thing like the chain studios. Do yourself a favor and visit this gem!
This yoga studio is a best kept secret that needs to be shared! The yoga community built by Debi (owner) at this studio is beyond amazing. If you have ever thought about attempting yoga, this is where you need to go. Yoga is built for every body and Debi will help you find your groove. Debi also offers yoga teacher training to anyone who would like to either eventually teach yoga or simply expand their yoga knowledge.
This studio is where I find my peace. Debi is an awesome instructor and you feel loved while practicing yoga. Variety of classes offered including yoga teacher training. Local feel, friendly atmosphere, great place to learn about yoga and share your light with others.✌️✌️

I felt the shared energy in a practice and began to learn the physical and mental benefits of yoga. The instructors Debi and Lauren are outstanding. It’s a wonderful place to begin your journey.
