  Gosh...where do I start. First let me say that the whole experience at the Luxe showroom was very impressive.
  We recently decided that we want to purchase a 5th wheel type RV. We started with models that were “just what we wanted” but after researching, watching you tube videos and reading reviews we learned enough to look a little higher and so on and so on until one day we found a video about a unit called Luxe. After watching the video featuring the lovely Brienne we realized this company had all the quality that we built into our home, that by the way we actually built. Attention to detail, solid cabinets and counter tops, residential appliances and the list goes on. We finally had the opportunity to visit the showroom in Mansfield Texas and there we met Jeri Forman who took us through every coach that was there and not one time did we ever feel rushed to make our purchase immediately or feel like we should leave because our time line is several months out. While we were there we met Brian and Brienne who were equally eager to answer any questions or help us in any way. Jeri took time to go over every option, color scheme, special build options and even did a build sheet for us so we know exactly how much our coach will cost. The hidden features are, as they should be, equally important. These units have a very residential feel to them. From the moment we walked in we felt an “at home” feel. We left the showroom very happy and excited that we had such a great experience.
  We were headed to a local RV show the next day but ended up only staying there a little over an hour and headed back to Mansfield to visit with the Luxe folks again. Brian was there again and was able to answer my husband’s questions about towing, pin weights and hitch preferences. We once again left very very pleased. We are so looking forward to the order date and want to thank you all for being so helpful and patient...even Deb who I called when I thought the showroom was closed...y’all are great.

  They have they are open until 5:30 Monday through Sunday and there is no one here and no call back from the number listed. They need to post closed and by appointment only so people do not take the drive in vain.

  In response to the owners response. I did call multiple times, starting in the morning, completed the form also before I drove. I took the drive because google said open until 5:30 and still today nothing, only the reply to my review which I wanted to respond too but it appears this is the only way I can by editing my review. Definitely there is a process failure when handling the Texas show room remotely.

  I have updated my rating based on the response this week from the company to correct the issue. They have also updated the hours. They are definitely demonstrated they want to do right for that I have changed my rating.

  Incredible High End fifth wheel RV's with excellent construction. Very unique unmanned showroom. Called and made an appointment, entered with a code. Factory staff from Indiana was able to answer questions through a tele-presence device (see picture). Was able to see all color choices with samples. Nice low pressure experience.

  The company builds a quality unit that is several steps above what the competition offers. Luxe stands for luxury, and that's what you feel when you step into one of their units. Attention to detail, quality components, superior craftsmanship and true ingenuity are all appropriate to describe how these trailers are constructed and the appeal you can see with your own eyes. They recently opened a showroom in Texas that is automated and offers you the choice to inspect the units at your leisure without being bothered, or with a "bot" that connects you to a person in Indiana who can answer your questions and assist as needed. This in my opinion is the best of both worlds. If you are considering a travel trailer and want a true home on wheels, you must reward yourself by considering a Luxe. It costs a little more, but considering what you get for your money, and the fact the unit is built to last, justifies the cost several times over.
