With In Store shopping not available My Husband and I had our doubts how this process would work on switching phone providers but the whole experience went very smoothly. We called ahead and spoke with James and once we headed to the store James knew his stuff and the process to change providers for 3 phones and purchase 2 phones went quick and smooth, we sat in our truck and communicated over the phone and when James had to deal with us in person he made several trips from inside to us in our truck in the parking lot which has to be a pain for James but he made it work and we are very pleased with our entire transaction.
