“I can’t thank Stellar Auto enough. While moving some items on a trailer my GMC Yukon lost a coolant hose. We pulled over expecting to be a long day of finding someone to fix it. Almost immediately a car pulls up. A Gentleman jumps out says I bet I know exactly what hose busted. He confirmed his diagnosis. Went to get the parts and fixed it on the spot. Andy was my service advisor and he was very good in his communication about what needed to be done. They do great follow up and go out of their way to make you happy. If there are details that you're unhappy with, they try to make them right ! They work great with my Good Sam Insurance, I had no issues. “I came in to get an inspection for my 2001 PT Cruiser, I had the car checked for any "not ready" by Amanda. It showed 4. I began to drive the car more miles to try and clear the 4 not ready. I went back 4 or 5 times over the coarse of three days driving many miles, to see if the "not ready" had cleared. Amanda excellent customer service, respect, and patient with me was greatly appreciated. The not ready finally cleared and the car passed inspection. “We were here on October 29th and have been here many times since they opened. Today I had the Spicey Southwest Chicken Sandwich and it was awesome! I've never had it before but I will definitely get it again and again and again. Just the right amount of spice, sauce, everything. Other dishes tonight were loaded potatoes and other sandwiches. Everyone really enjoyed the food as we usually do at this location. The service was really good too.”
