“I had the pleasure of dealing with Gary in the Mansfield Texas super store Auto department. I needed a battery for my car and a friend to go there for a good deal. Well I ended up getting great service from Gary too. He was asking for my car info then told me there is a good chance it can still be under warranty. I called Ford and sure enough it was. He could of easily sold me a battery. I ended up buying some good car wash materials that I needed. Gary led me to the best value products. Thanks Gary. I hope this gets back to you from management. “While waiting in line for my appointment the Geek Squad member behind the counter asked a man behind me in line if he had an appointment. The man behind me in line said he didn't but the Geek Squad member didn't look too pleased when I told him firmly that my name was appearing on his monitor as the next appointment. Another repair person quickly appeared when I said I was doing a review. He was knowledgeable and quickly answered my questions. That earned the store a 4 star rating.”

“Office Manager Nicole is a highly dedicated, customer oriented person. She had to work really hard to get things right with the warranty company involved. I had to communicate with her several times over 4 days and found her to be a pleasure to talk to. Larry and Brody were the technicians who came by and they did an outstanding job of replacing the defective water heater with minimal fuss.
