“I used Coach Specialists due to the reviews and there ability to start work on the repair sooner than later. I hit a stone mailbox with my motor home (accidents happen). Andy was my service advisor and he was very good in his communication about what needed to be done. They do great follow up and go out of their way to make you happy. If there are details that you're unhappy with, they try to make them right ! They work great with my Good Sam Insurance, I had no issues. “This morning I called the Mansfield target looking for a specific item for my kids birthday party. Not only did the individual who answered the phone go and look to see if they physically had it on the shelf, he also put it at the service desk for me. This was an hour and a half commute because it was the only place I could get this item. Just want to say thank you because they didn’t have to go above and beyond but he did! Other shops tell you they will need x weeks to install your accessories. Not here. They were able to do installation while I looked around.
