Having never used a warranty, before myself, Jamie was able to make all the necessary calls and arrange for repairs to be done. Once the repairs were authorized, they had the job completed the next day. Very nice and professional staff, nothing but nice things to say about them. We will use them for future repairs.
(December 1, 2022, 1:12 pm)This place is awesome!! When my car broke down they came and towed it for free in the same day! And they were able to work on it and tell me what the issue is, also on the same day. They also waived the inspection fee because I fixed it there. And above all of that when Jamie went above and beyond and came to pick me up so I can pick up my car. Thanks, Jamie!!

(October 9, 2022, 2:15 pm)My visit was straight to the point and professional, great customer service. I was given a given a first hand visual look at my damage. The mechanics really know what they are doing and I felt like they were being real honest with me. As a female I didn’t feel like I was taken advantage of and I appreciate that. I would recommend anyone to come to Meineke and I have had a good bit of work done before for multiple vehicles and I have always been pleased. Keep up the good work. The location for my last visit was North Richland Hills. I am pretty sure all the other locations are very good as well.
(July 8, 2022, 7:00 pm)This place was easy to get to and had lots of parking. Jamie was really nice. I needed my van inspected, I call Meineke and talked to Jamie and he told me to bring it in. Jamie made sure I knew how to get there and how much it would cost.
