I had been feeling like razor blades were being shoved into my feet and went to the ER at Baylor and the Doc said I'm old and arthritic and sent me home. The pain was so bad I could hardly walk. The Docs at Academy Foot listened to me, ordered an MRI and found both my heel bones and ankles were broken. I'm grateful for those Docs who helped me heal. I can't recommend them enough.
They were really nice in the office. The doctor was really cool confident and talk to me as if had know me for a long time, which I really like. The only thing I did not like about the calling service is, that whenever I would try to get a hold of the office I never could. I would get sent to another office in Southlake I believe. Never would get transfered, or if I did get transfered I would leave a voice-mail and never get a call back till today, since November. I was calling for my results on a toe nail that was cut. So that's my story
I had an amazing experience! I had nurse Brittany and she made me feel comfortable and it was lovely chatting with her. If I had any questions with finances she would ask the front and they would double check before going and doing anything. Totally loved! The doc was awesome, didn’t get his name but he was sweet and respectful and made sure I was okay. Also did a very well job with explaining everything that he was doing and why I was feeling any time of way during me removal of the ingrown nail procedure. Totally recommend!!!! Also very clean! Super simple process!!
I’m very grateful for Dr. Moradi and his staff. Over the last few years, I’ve encountered a handful of challenges, and Academy Foot & Ankle Specialist have been my saving grace. Each patient receives personalized attention with an emphasis on education and prevention as well as treatment. It might be worth noting that this level of care occasionally results in a bit of a wait, but I feel like it’s a small price to pay for quality care.
