Jeff came by and took care of our issues promptly. Service was great and I even set up with their bi annual plan to service our system. He was knowledgeable about our Lennox system and did a great job on fixing the issues we had. Would definitely recommend!

Daniel came out today to inspect our gas fireplace and did an excellent job! He inspected all parts and informed me step-by-step as to what he was looking at and working on. He was patient and through and did not try to sell parts not needed, only repair the problem. Do yourself a favor and call the honest experts at Texas Air Doctors!

Very professional! Did not try to scam us as another provider did. They came and evaluated both gas fireplaces and provided easy inexpensive fixes. They even showed my wife how to operate the various valves etc. A competitor came out and said we had to replace both units for $3600. For the cost of the service call ($98 each unit) both fireplaces are fully functional!

Our gas fireplace stopped working, so we called Texas Air Doctors. They quickly set up an appointment for us. On the day of our appointment, Daniel arrived on time and was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Now our fireplace is working better than it ever has.

He also shared about their Mustang Club VIP, which is their preventative maintenance plan. With an older home, we thought the value and affordability of the plan was too good to pass up. Thank you again!

Daniel came out to inspect our vented fireplace that had been shutting off on its own. He was nice, professional and very knowledgeable (really, one of the best service providers that has ever been in my home). He confirmed no gas leaks and tightened connections to the electrical switch. Gas in the home can be a little scary, but I felt 100% confident with Daniel's work and skill. Will definitely call Texas Air Doctors again and would highly recommend them to anyone else needing fireplace or A/C service.
