Schedule a massage with Andine! She’s fantastic at what she does and always makes it a pleasant experience. And she always gives helpful advice related to stretching, exercises, and diet, that make your treatment more effective. I recently started getting regular full body massages and it has made all the difference in how I feel, and really compliments the chiropractic adjustments.

Dr. Jim and staff are friendly, professional and highly qualified. I have been impressed with the care received from Dr. Jim, but also Morgan, Tracy and staff. Anndean’s medical massage is amazing. She locates the source of pain and focuses on it. I am so happy to have been referred to Dr. Jim by a fellow chiropractor in Ruidoso, NM. I already see improvement in my back health.

Dr. Jim and his staff are miracle workers. I first went to Jim 18 years ago. At that time I was suffering from constant back pain, frequent migraines, and bad sleep. Within a month, my migraines had stopped completely, I slept better, and I actually 'grew' an inch or so just from my spine and neck being straightened. After that summer, I moved away to college, got a job, and lived in various places for 18 years. Well I'm 36 now and my spine has degenerated over the years, resulting in poor sleep, terrible posture, and lots of pain. Occasionally, I would try other chiropractors to help out, but always felt like it was just a waste of my time and money.
Well recently I have returned to the area and was ecstatic to find that Jim was still practicing here. The way they treat you at elevation health is like nowhere else. They legitimately want you to HEAL, not just crack your back and send you on your way. His methods are advanced and the staff will teach you what to do in order to get well. After just a few sessions, I am already sleeping and feeling 10x better.
If you have any kind of back, neck, or pain problems in general, talk to them! Your body deserves the best, and Dr. Jim is second to none.

Great experience for myself and my kids. Love that Dr. Jim uses digital x-Ray on a recurring basis to show progress and results. Office staff is great too! Highly recommend.
