My name is Michelle Trautman and I have been a patient of ELEVATION HEALTH for over a year now, Elevation Health has healed my bulging discs in my back, now working on my neck, The care the entire staff gives to myself and each patient is above and beyond what is expected!!! They have always taken such good care of me! When I began to see Dr. Jim i had been prescribed different medications for the pain I was having in my back, I was in bad condition, Now I am off all the medications, I don't even take aspirin for pain because I don't have pain anymore!!! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. You are treated as a whole, not a part. The staff educates you so you are knowledgeable in understanding your treatment and taking part in your healing. The office is very good at communicating appointment times or schedule changes. Elevation Health has changed my life! I was living my life either with a headache or trying to prevent one. I wanted my life to be centered on my family, not headaches. I can now go 2-4 months without a headache and if I do get one it’s gone in a day, no more 3-4 day headaches. I am even working out again and that used to be a trigger.

I have put my body through a lot of trauma over many years suffering pinched nerves and herniated discs that made my arms and fingers numb and I couldn't even carry my own baby boy or help with dishes because of the pain. After a short while visiting Dr. Jim and his knowledgeable staff and following his custom plan for me, I am comfortable on my feet all day at work, I am coaching my son's little league coach pitch team and do the dishes among many other physical activities I once could not participate in. Best part about it, I've been to the other more traditional chiropractors that don't incorporate the wellness side and teach you how your body reacts to daily trauma and how to correct it.
