Parra Car Care NRH

I didn’t want to pay dealership prices or have my vehicle in the shop for a week so I called Parra. They diagnosed my problem, replaced my actuators, changed my oil and replaced my cabin air filter and I had my car back by noon the next day. As usual, they were very friendly, honest and prompt. I will continue to recommend and use them!!

I have been driving by this business for many years. Finally stopped in to have some work done on a BMW. Was so satisfied with the team there I went back with a Ford truck to get brakes replaced. Excellent service. Great people. Good prices. On time with their work was exceptional.

Had my two vehicles inspected. Everyone was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The cars were quickly inspected and I was on my way. In the future, I’ll use them for all my car needs. Two thumbs up!!

I came in here a couple days ago. I wasn't needing any service, I was coming by for some help. I recently bought a car that was serviced by this location from a friend of mine. I asked if it would be possible to get the records of all repairs done with them that they may have. Not only did the guy print off what was most recent, but he looked in their old software to find records dating back to five years. If they are willing to be as helpful to me with getting records, I can only imagine what their service will be if anyone is needing repairs, or routine maintenance.
