North Richland Hills Mobile Home Park

This is one of my favorite Culver locations. I'm just disappointed with what happened to me recently.

Being a customer service worker myself, I understand how stressful it can be during a rush. I try my best to always be kind when eating out because I know what it's like to be berated by angry, irrational, and impatient customers.

I had a ten-hour shift and wanted to stop at Culver's before I went home. I drove an extra 25 minutes just because I know how lovely service at this location can be. When I received my order I was missing one thing, so I politely asked for it and even apologized to the girl who had brought my food.

When I got it, the man who brought it was incredibly passive-aggressive and made me feel extremely uncomfortable.

I was confused when I left. I didn't think I had been rude, so I don't know why he put so much effort into trying to make me feel bad. I'm sure he was stressed out and fed up with the rush but it was still unnecessary.

I'll still be back! It's a lovely place.

I think the servers name was Katelin, and she was KILLING it in a great way. What a great team of people. Down to earth, efficient and polite. What else do you want to ask for? Only complaint is this places comes from Wisconsin! 😂 Highly recommended when you need to grab a quick tasty bite.

Love the staff and the food but my biggest pet peeve is that recently, and I don't know if I've just had bad luck but, they haven't been filling up the drinks all the way. I've never worked fast food so I don't know if that's just Culver's new standards or what but it's disheartening, I choose to go to Culver's over places like arbys where I could get double the drink size for less because I love supporting a midwest business so I hope they get it together

I typically have a very good experience here with just one exception. I went through the drive-thru about a month ago and they lost my order. So I had to leave my car parked in the driveway and go in. It took a long time but they were very apologetic and gave me a coupon for a free meal at my next visit.

Staff were very friendly and the common area was very clean. Reason for four stars was because the presentation of the food wasn’t the best, but it still tasted delicious!

Nice city

Lived in the neighborhood right behind these mobile homes for the last 8 yrs without any major issues or concerns. They’re very friendly neighbors to have and even the “occasional” late night music is pleasant. However, when I replaced the old, rotten, leaning fence that backs to their property (8ft stained cedar wood fence) in hopes of a nicer look for both sides. I found that someone is using the back side of the fence to store equipment and materials by leaning up against it. The only reason I even noticed is because I notice that the fence is now leaning on the side where the equipment and materials are being stored. I hope this gets dealt with quickly and to the understanding that we should be mindful of the boundaries and care of our neighbors (and their property)
