This dealership is amazing. Walked and was greeted immediately by Jason who take care of us throughout the rest of the process. I knew what vehicle I wanted, he made sure it was still available and pulled it out front. Took it for a test drive and started paperwork immediately after. Whole process took less than three hours. Very happy with the experience overall. Jason was very thorough and kept us informed as the vehicle went in for checks and detail. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Great staff, great atmosphere.

Jose and Jimmie provided excellent service for my oil change/tire rotation and tire repair. Those guys are like superheroes. This reminds of the time I didn't get to meet Adam West, TVs Batman. Disappointing, sure. End of the world, no. But I feel as though the level of informativeness was nearly enough to save the world. They kept me aware of every step in the process, even letting me know that my air filter and cabin air filter need attention. I have assigned this as a task to my kids.
I made my first purchase here with the help of JR Ali in the vehicle sales department and Daniel Flores in the finance department. It was late in the day, and the dealership was busy. After a relatively short wait, JR met with me and I explained I was looking to test drive a car I found in their inventory. He brought the car around, we took it for a drive, and after JR answered more of my questions and took the time to explain a few more things for me, I decided to move forward with the purchase.
Even with it being as late as it was, JR helped me understand what the process would take and what my options were well enough to feel confident in the choices I made. With the help of Daniel, all the financing details were hashed out very quickly as well. These two stuck with me in spite of how late it was to make sure I had the keys in my hand before their day was done.
In particular, JR has continued to be an available point of contact and resource any time I have had questions about the vehicle and the accompanying paperwork. He has been welcoming and kind, and he has always been quick to contact me anytime I reach out or if there have been updates for me.
I have been happy and satisfied with my experience of purchasing my car, and the following weeks have held positive experiences as well. The car itself has been a huge quality of life improvement. I am thankful to JR and Daniel for their help, and I definitely recommend asking for JR if you are looking to purchase a car from this dealership.
I love this location. The staff is always courteous, kind, professional, and helpful. I love that this Ford dealership location is trying to improve processes, and also wait times/efficiency in the service department. I had an appointment for an oil change at 11:00 am, and was done in less than an hour! Which is amazing considering in the past you just had to "walk in", and would have to wait 1.5-2 hours or more. Also if it’s going to be a long wait or a longer appointment for other car issues, they do have a shuttle service that can drive you within a certain distance (I believe it’s only so far) so you don’t have to wait at the dealership. Keep up the great work Five Star Ford!! 🙂
Absolutely the best car buying experience I HAVE EVER HAD! I have been needing to add a vehicle for our company's needs and sent an email into Crystal Sanders. The next thing I know She has two solutions for me and One of them she KNOCKED clear out of the park. She found the color I wanted and everything! Crystal made the entire process so easy. When I arrived all that I had to do was go through the new tech with John Little (who was great) and then sign some quick documents with Marie Chase in commercial. I was in and out faster than I could have imagined... BRAVO TEAM FIVE STAR FORD!! BRAVO CRYSTAL!!!!
