Cicis Pizza

Friendliest staff ever! Most attentive. Haven't been in a long time but it looks great, tastes great and the staff is the cherry on top.

Walked into CiCi pizza famished from delivering in the heat. Was sort of out of it when a gentleman asked me how I was doing, I gave him this blank stare as I was too tired to speak. Then he introduced himself as the owner and said his name was Mark. He said asking how I was doing is part of his old fashion customer service. I must admit this attention to the customer perked me up and I remembered my manners. I told him I was sorry I responded that way as I was wiped out and just was trying to get this food in system. I had a problem with my powerade that Mark too care of immediately he even refilled my drink for me so I didn't have to get up. On trip one his son Skyler was there doing the same level of customer service, I spoke with him briefly about them being new owners for about a couple years now. This family is doing things right as I have lived in this area for 11 years and had never come into this location to eat until yesterday. The reason for my return today was a couple things were of concern that I wanted to see if it had been addressed, they were, that is why the five stars. This will definitely be my go to pizza spot. Great customer service is infectious here with both sons doing the same. There is always fresh hot pizzas coming out the oven and these guys announce it when they put then out for everybody. CiCis known to let you order personal pizzas for yourself. This place is worth a visit. Pictured in the photo is oldest son Skyler, Stacy and Adam. Mike is pictured by himself.

Went to lunch with a friend and our 2 two year old girls, had a great time and food was so good! Mike was awesome to us and hooked us up! We'll definitely be going back soon.

I grew Up going to this Cicis Location in my Early teenage years and I can Say without a doubt that this is the best management team they have had in the last couple of years. I don’t know if “Mikey” is the manager, if not he should be! He has excellent customer service skills and takes care of every single need you may have during your dinning experience! I’ve never felt so welcomed at a cicis restaurant like I did tonight! The food is fresh and the place is kept clean!

This place used to be a waste of time but now, I am literally wowed! It is so clean and bright and inviting! The new management is very personable and will gladly have a conversation with you and your family. The food doesnt stay on the line for longer than 15 minutes before a fresh pizza, or salad or dessert is put out to replace it. All of the food was so hot and fresh we had to wait to eat it when we got it from the buffet.
The staff is super friendly and want nothing more than for you to have a great experience! Everyone says hello and makes you feel welcome with huge smiles and a helpful attitude. Hands down this is the best cicis I have been to in the last 15 years!! I will definitely be coming back!
