I was kind of worried about State Farm because I was worried about the price changing after it goes through underwriting. But I just want to say that Kyla is the best! She’s very patient and very informative. I had several questions and she answered all of them in a timely manner and by text! Texting can be amazing when you’re working or in school and she contacted me through text and even asked when she could call. So you don’t have to worry about unsolicited calls. I told her I wanted to wait and started the policy and she contacted me back and didn’t forget. Everyone should contact Kyla for your insurance needs. You won’t be disappointed!

Ray Givens has assembled the best staff ever. From the moment I walked in to the office, I was welcomed with friendly smiles and kind greatings. Both Shelby and Haley were super knowledgeable with all my questions and made sure that I had all my answers before I left the office. That made me feel like I was the #1 priority. Like I said everyone was AWESOME. I am looking forward with working with them as my Insurance provider in the near future.

I had the most gracious chance to receive help today from a very beautiful soul named Kyla. She is super knowledgeable when it comes to the insurance game which I was very excited about because I was able to learn from her. Kyla's customer service and communication skills really were outstanding. I also realized that she works really great with young adults seeing as she helped my younger cousin with a copious amount of questions that he had about insurance policies and she made him feel very comfortable while doing so. All in all I would refer or recommend anybody I know to her for any type of insurance needs.
