Since the first time I called Dent Direct Chelsea was super helpful. She had me come in that same day and since they close late it makes it easier to fit your schedule. That same day she took a very thorough look at my car and caught dents that the last place I had gone in for a quote had not seen. That same day she had me in their own rental car and they took care of all the insurance claims for me as well so everything was very simple! After my experience there I took a stack of flyers because I definitely want to recommend them to anyone that needs any dents fixed or any body work.
I want to recommend Dent Direct as a “first call” should you have a car damaged by hail. No matter where you are in the state. After a recent storm in Midland, I was quoted a 6 week start date by one company with a 3 to 5 week completion. Another was twice as long. Shysters had flooded the city.
Dent Direct quoted a delivery and price, furnished a loaner, came in less and delivered a beautiful finished product. Well done! Oh, the folks there are awesome too!
These guys were awesome. They made accommodations to meet our schedule and took care of all the work including the additional negotiations with the insurance co. It was important to us to get this work done correctly and quickly since this is a lease return. The car came back looking exceptional both inside and out, nothing out of place and were are very pleased.
Awesome people. I am very happy with the repairs they did to my car. It looks brand new. If you have hail damage to your car I would highly recommend Dent Direct.
